It included 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK apartments, each optimized for natural light, ventilation, and scenic views.
A clubhouse serving as a vibrant community hub. The design integrating sustainable solutions like rainwater harvesting, solar energy, and passive cooling, while ensuring smooth accessibility, multi-level parking, and smart infrastructure. The objective was to create a modern, eco-friendly living space that blended seamlessly with Solan’s natural beauty.
